I agree with Kirsten – we use Pleo linked in to text and it’s been very good. Didn’t know about overdraft – that is a very interesting bit of news. They also have a good way to manage reimbursable expenses and mileage. A watch out is in the US where we’ve struggled with them and their banking provider and have had to stop using it there.

One thing to consider is funding of the expenses. Most apps are prepaid, so you have to fund the wallet amounts. Corp credit is an alternative. Pleo and 12 others are on our Tech 100 – technology directory Tech 100 | GENCFO – check it out!

Hi everyone! Question on anyone who uses Xero….? Any recommendations on Expense management add-ons for Xero? I’ve tried Expense on Demand and also Pleo and these dont’ work for a few reasons:

– Expense on Demand – loses connectivity so doesn’t automatically load, also clunky (but which app isn’t?)

Hi @chris-argent – thanks – yes, I definitely meant external. Platforms that are used to liaise between external auditor and client, but not audit firms’ own in-house developed apps – specifically, 3rd party products that can be bought off the shelf.
