Love it. A lot of Babcock still works on a 4.5 day week – slightly longer hours Mon-Thu, finish at 1pm on Friday. This is an old-school manufacturing pattern that’s survived simply because it’s popular, I think.

I define Agility as our ability to respond quickly to business demands.

This is a bit of a catch-all, whether it is a new market, a new investment, a new cost centre, whatever. And it is clearly an end to end capability, not just for the few.

Do you agree with this definition? 🧐
